EMMAUS, Pa. (WPVI) -- A former Pennsylvania high school teacher has pleaded guilty to sending a female student sexually explicit love letters and text messages.
Thirty-six-year-old Heather Montero, a former teacher at Emmaus High School, faces one to two years in jail when she is sentenced this fall. The Morning Call reports Montero was fired in February after a county grand jury recommended charges against her.

During Tuesday's hearing, Chief Deputy District Attorney Matthew Falk told Judge James Anthony that the victim says sexual contact never occurred, and that the letters were "fantasy talk." Anthony ordered Montero to undergo a sex offender evaluation before sentencing in October.
