Willie the parrot would greet people from his perch above the toy department of the Boscov's at the Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing.
Willie moved there 15 years ago, after spending decades at the former Boscov's West store in Sinking Spring.
"Hello" and "crackers" were his two favorite words.
The company says Willie is now enjoying a quiet retirement.
