Tractor trailer partially goes over embankment on Pennsylvania Turnpike

UPPER MERION TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A tractor trailer went partially over an embankment on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

It happened shortly before noon Monday at the Valley Forge rest stop in Upper Merion Township.

The vehicle stopped just short of the eastbound lanes of the highway.

Police are trying to figure out why the driver lost control.
