The incident occurred at the Gentle Touch Car Wash on the corner of Welsh Road and N. Limekiln Pike just before 2 p.m. Friday.
The vehicle is believed to be a gray Ford Focus with a sunroof and a handicap parking tag hanging from the rear view mirror.
The vehicle was operated by a white male subject.
