PENNSBURG, Pa. (WPVI) -- Two teenagers have been charged in connection to the vandalism of a Montgomery County high school.
Police said vulgar language and swastikas were drawn on the windows of Upper Perkiomen High School. The vandalism was discovered around 6:30 a.m. on October 7th.

Nineteen-year-old Alex Mercon was charged with institutional vandalism and criminal mischief.
Eighteen-year-old Jake Buck received a no trespassing notice and was charged with defiant trespassing.
