Police say it happened between 10 p.m. Monday and 6:30 a.m. Tuesday along Rambler Lane and Red Cedar Drive in Levittown, Pa.

"It was like 1:15 in the morning and I heard the hissing of my tire and I went over and obviously the air was letting out of my tire," said Kelly Hummer.
She is just one of the residents of Levittown's Red Cedar section dealing with flat tires.
At least 18 tires were slashed and the number appears to be growing.
Waitress Lori Tomlinson didn't realize she had been targeted until we showed her.
"I'm just kind of flabbergasted. I didn't expect to come out and have a flat tire this morning. I have to go to work in an hour. I guess I'm going to be late," she said.
More than half a dozen cars were hit on Rambler Lane, including Steve Vickers pickup truck, which had to be towed away.

"Major inconvenience. Today was move in day for my son at Saint Joe's and I'm missing that because of somebody's initiation or whatever it is, I'm not sure. But hopefully they find him," Vickers said.
"It's $50 for each tire that we have to pay for so now I got to go fix all my tires and make sure they're good," said Janetza DeJesus. "People work. Know what I mean? This stuff is not cheap."
On Ruby Lane, Gene Bouffard was changing out his flat tire for a new one with help from some friends and wondering who would do this and why.
"I think it's despicable to do it. I don't understand why they would just go around and hit innocent people for no reason," he said.
Police are asking residents who may have home video surveillance systems to check them for any indication of the vandals and share them with detectives if they find something.
"No one's up during the night. If nobody saw anything with their eyes, it's home surveillance videos that will help us identify the perpetrator and solve the case," explained Bristol Twp. Police Lt. Ralph Johnson.

Police say vehicles were also targeted in the Golden Ridge and Oak Tree sections of the township.
