COLLINGDALE, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Delaware County man is charged with voter fraud after filing an absentee ballot for someone who had died.
When confronted about the case, prosecutors say 79-year-old Harry Maxwell of Collingdale admitted to picking up "girls" in Philadelphia to help him obtain absentee ballot signatures from them.
