Zern's Farmers Market announced its last day will be on September 30.
The 20-acre complex on Route 73 in Gilbertsville has been for sale for nearly two years with an asking price of $7-million.
Zerns was founded in 1922 and sells everything from meats, cheeses, and produce to toys.
