Monday, January 21, 2019
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia is giving federal workers flexibility when it comes to paying their bills during the government shutdown.

Mayor Jim Kenney says city departments and agencies are making exceptions for those who are not being paid.

He wants anyone impacted to call for help.

Officials are ready to delay foreclosures and water shut offs, and waive fees and other charges.
