Police were called to Tusculum Street and Kensington Avenue for a report of gunshots just after 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Detectives say a man between 30 and 40-years-old had been shot several times in the abdomen and chest near a homeless encampment.
He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
No arrests have been made.
Two Double Shootings
Detectives are investigating two separate double shootings that occurred on the same night.
At least 24 shots were fired at Weymouth and East Clearfield streets in Kensington just after 11 p.m. Monday.
A 37-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman were both shot a number of times. They were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Two people were shot in North Philadelphia a half hour earlier.
The male victims, 16 and 41, were found in a home on the 2300 block of Diamond Street around 10:30 p.m.
Police say the teenager was found in a bedroom with a gunshot wound to the foot.
The man was located inside near the front door suffering from two gunshots in the arm.
Police took the victims to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been made in either shooting.
