It broke out before 5 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of Richwood Road.
Firefighters arrived to find smoke and flames coming from the home.
Crews helped three adults and one child to safety before they were able to declare the situation under control.
No one was hurt.
The Red Cross was assisting the occupants who were displaced by the fire.
