PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Fire crews in Philadelphia quickly got a house fire under control, but they still are on the hunt for answers on how it started.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. Thursday on the 3500 block of North 23rd Street in Tioga-Nicetown. When firefighters arrived, there was heavy smoke coming from the third floor.
