It has been exactly one month to the day since 37-year-old Rebecca Malave and her 3-year-old son, Armani, became tragic victims of that hit-and-run in their own neighborhood.
"The longer you wait, the worse you're making it. Just come on out and like we said - we're not stopping. So you're going to see us all the time, you're going to see flyers all the time, they're going to be everywhere, you're going to see her face on social media every day," said her sister, Lorraine Graulau.

Rebecca, a mother of two, died five days after the crime that unfolded near an underpass on West Luzerne Street and Rising Sun Avenue. She was reportedly on her way to run some errands.
Her son remains at Saint Christopher's Hospital for Children recovering from extensive head injures.
"Whoever is out there, you know exactly what you did to this little boy. It's hard for me to say it and I don't want to say it, but I want you to know what exactly you're doing to a three-year-old boy," said brother Homi Malave.
On Wednesday, the family arrived outside the Accident Investigation Division to meet with police for an update on the search for the driver.

"Anybody that knows anything about this needs to come in and get this off their chest," said AID Captain Mark Overwise.
Overwise said an extensive search for video led investigators to release FBI-enhanced photos of what was described at dark-colored 2011 Chrysler 300 and red 2017 to 2021 Toyota Camry at the scene.
In the sequence of photos released, investigators said it shows Rebecca and Armani just before they were struck.
The first car that passes is the Chrysler, the driver appearing to step on the brake.

"That driver hit their brakes for a reason. I want to know what that reason was," Overwise added.
It is immediately followed by the red Camry.
If either struck the two or saw anything remains unclear.
"We just want justice, that's it. We want my sister to rest in peace and my nephew, for all of us to focus on him," said Graulau.
There is now a $30,000 reward on the table for information about this hit-and-run.
