School bus crashes in Northeast Philadelphia

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A school bus was involved in a crash in a Northeast Philadelphia intersection Friday morning.

It happened around 6 a.m. at Harbison and Frankford avenues.

Chopper 6 over the scene showed police vehicles and a school bus blocking a portion of the intersection.

Another vehicle which appeared to have been involved in the crash was being taken away on a tow truck.

A short time later, the bus was towed away from the scene.

Action News is told there were no students on the bus at the time of the crash.

There is no word on any injuries.
