Armed man sought after West Philadelphia market robbery

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are looking for a man who held up a mini-mart in West Philadelphia early Tuesday.

The suspect entered the Felton Mini Market on Lansdowne Avenue shortly after 9:30 a.m., pulled out a handgun and demanded cash from the woman behind the counter.

After taking $200, the suspect fled the scene.

The man is described as a black male around 20 years old wearing a dark blue camouflage jacket and pants, and a black mask covering his lower face.

Anyone with any information should contact the Philadelphia Police.
