PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help in identifying two grinches involved in a holiday break-in in Center City.

The Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market at Dilworth Park outside City Hall, along with the Christmas Village, the Ice Rink and Christmas Tree get residents and tourists into the holiday spirit.

However, police say this past Friday around 4:50 a.m. two male suspects put a damper on the cheer and goodwill of the season.

Police say the suspects gained entry to the Philly Makers tent at the Holiday Market.

Video shows one suspect entering the tent while the second individual waited outside.

It's still unknown if anything was taken.

"There have been a lot of thefts here, cutting into the tents. The security people that are here do an amazing job. There's just not enough," Beth Geddio of State of Being Candles.

"Even during the day we also need more security. We've had to chase people trying to steal things," added Thorne.

Anyone with information on the wanted suspects is asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS.
