"A man in his 20s was shot multiple times. There was a description of a silver vehicle, a Genesis, and three individuals responsible for that shooting," said Deputy Chief Frank Vanore.
The chase began at approximately 7 p.m. and ended near the 1700 block of W. Lippincott Street, where the driver jumped out of the car and ran.
Police say they apprehended two individuals near the scene.

"Males did exit the vehicle, the vehicle was recovered and the males were detained for a short time and investigated. At this time, nobody has been charged with the shooting," said Vanore.
Investigators also say the stolen vehicle had a fraudulent Delaware paper tag.
Officers are now pulling prints from the Hyundai as they continue searching for the person responsible for the October 21 shooting.
