PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Two Philadelphia police officers were injured after a police pursuit led to a crash in the Logan section of the city.
Police say it started just before 10:30 p.m. Friday night on the 5000 block of North Broad Street.

Officers attempted to stop a vehicle that was stolen in a carjacking back in August on the 2300 block of North Gratz Street.
The pursuit lasted several blocks before the driver of the vehicle collided with a different police vehicle at Belfield and Ogontz avenues.

The driver initially ran from the crash but was arrested by police along with the passenger who was arrested at the crash scene, according to authorities.
The two injured officers were taken to Jefferson Einstein Hospital in stable condition.
