It happened on the 2000 block of South 21st Street in South Philadelphia around 11:20 p.m. Friday.
Police found six gun shell casings at the scene.
A 22-year-old man was taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital in stable condition.
So far, there are no suspects or motives in the shooting.
