It happened just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hancock and Huntingdon streets.
Police say the male victim was stabbed in the neck.
He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
The Action Cam was on the scene as police focused their investigation on a car with broken windows.
No arrests have been made.
