Teen on scooter shot twice in Feltonville

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- An 18-year-old riding a scooter was shot twice in the head in the Feltonville section of Philadelphia, police say.

It happened along the 4700 block of B Street around 10:40 p.m. Monday.

Police say the teen crashed the scooter at the end of the street and dropped a gun.

The victim is in critical condition.

There is no word on a suspect or motive.
