It happened around noon near Pattison Avenue.
The view from a traffic camera showed the truck entirely on its side. The top of the trailer appeared to be ripped open.
By mid-afternoon, some traffic was able to get by the scene.
There was no word on how the crash happened or if there were any injuries.
