The incident occurred on the 4500 block of North Uber Street just before 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
Officers say the 28-year-old victim was stabbed in the chest, back and abdomen.
He was taken by a private vehicle to Temple University Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
No arrests have been made.
