PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A water main break shut down a section of the Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia overnight.
It carved out a 4x4-foot hole in a lawn, and sent water shooting down the boulevard's northbound outer lanes, near Sandyford Avenue.

The main is now capped, but some residents don't have service restored.
The northbound outer lanes of the boulevard are back open.
