WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia's University City neighborhood is expanding even more.
Officials broke ground Wednesday on a 59 Million dollar development project called Vue 32.

The complex will include a 16 story apartment tower, plus town homes, a pre-school and a community plaza by the time it is finished next spring.
All of this is going up along the 32 hundred block of Race Street, on land owned by Drexel University.
