The accident occurred around 8:00 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of South West End Boulevard in Richland Township.
Police say two vehicles collided.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two others were taken to Saint Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem.
There is no word on their conditions.
Richland Township police are investigating.
