Crews responded to a home along the 4000 block of North 7th Street around 11:40 p.m. on Tuesday.
They were able to help a 53-year-old and a 37-year-old man out of the home to safety.
The teenager was hospitalized with smoke inhalation but is in stable condition.
Officials say the fire was in a 2nd floor rear bedroom.
They're still working to determine the cause.
This comes the same day as a deadly house fire in the same neighborhood. Three people, including two young siblings, were killed in a house fire on Hope Street, according to officials.
