It happened after 1:30 a.m. Monday in the eastbound lanes of the expressway in Pleasantville.

Police say a driver lost control and crashed into the Pleasantville toll plaza.
The crash also took down a light pole and left debris on the highway.
Police said the driver was taken to an area hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Two lanes of the toll plaza were blocked for more than 2 hours as crews worked to clear the wreckage.
There was no word what caused the driver to lose control.
