District Attorney Larry Krasner announced the charges against Yandra Kamberaj and Theodore Manko on Friday.
Kranser said the investigation resulted in the seizure of guns, ammunition, drugs, and thousands of dollars in cash.
The stash of drugs included 70 pounds of marijuana, 20 pounds of THC gummies, 16 pounds of psilocybin mushrooms, 3500 grams of rock MDMA, 2550 grams of ketamine, 2500 grams of cocaine, 4100 MDMA pills and 16 ounces of promethazine.
The estimated street value of the drugs seized totals $1.5 million, according to the DA's office.
"These two individuals collected enough illegal paraphernalia to wreak havoc on the city and county of Philadelphia and likely beyond," Krasner said.
Investigators say they also recovered 3-D printers, which were used to manufacture some of the guns.
Both suspects remain behind bars.
