3 arrested in connection with car meetups in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have arrested three men in connection with a series of illegal car meetups across the city.

Authorities say some of the meetups turned dangerous.



Henry Ramos, 21, of Philadelphia, is accused of participating in and promoting car meets on May 31, June 15 and July 4 of this year.

Serge D. Youayou, 21, of New Castle, Delaware, is accused of participating in and promoting car meets on February 14, May 30 and June 15 of this year.



Yariel Fuentes-Reyes, 19, from Laurel, Maryland, is accused of participating in and promoting car meets on February 14, April 19 and June 15 of this year.

All three have been charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, riot and risking catastrophe.
