YARDLEY, Pa. (WPVI) -- Four students at a Bucks County middle school became ill Thursday after ingesting edibles containing THC.
Police and fire crews were called to William Penn Middle School in Yardley just before 2 p.m.
Officials said three girls and one boy, ages 12 and 13, showed symptoms consistent with exposure to the drug.
Two of the girls and the boy were taken to a hospital for evaluation. The fourth student was released to her parents at the school.
The Lower Makefield Township Police Department is investigating how the students obtained the THC gummies.
