Police say 28-year-old Josh Adens, of Conshohocken, died after crashing into the back of a water truck.
The crash happened early Thursday morning in the northbound lanes of the Northeast Extension in Whitpain Township, just north of DeKalb Pike.

Authorities say Adens veered into a work zone and hit the water truck.
He died at the scene.
Officials say the 61-year-old operating the water truck was not injured.
