SALFORD TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A 5-year-old escaped serious injury after a vehicle went off a roadway and landed in a swimming pool in Montgomery County.
The accident happened just after 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the unit block of Ridge Road in Salford Township, Pennsylvania.

Police say the driver lost control of the vehicle and crash into a pool.
The driver refused treatment, but the child was flown to a nearby hospital for what appear to be nonlife-threatening injuries.
