It happened just before 4 p.m.
The victim, a 73-year-old male, was traveling north on School Lane, when a driver of a 2018 Buick Enclave traveling south lost control and veered left, hitting the bicyclist.
The bicyclist was transported to Lankenau Hospital.
The driver of the Buick, an 18-year-old male, was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital with minor injuries. He was treated and released.
Police say the accident is under investigation. There is no word yet on if the driver will face charges.
