Shed thief caught on camera stealing landscaping equipment in Philadelphia's Roxborough section

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A thief was caught on camera while allegedly breaking into a locked shed in Philadelphia's Roxborough section last Thursday.

Philadelphia police released surveillance video of the thief in action.

He can be seen accessing the shed on Conarroe Street, before allegedly stealing landscaping equipment and taking off.

Investigators are asking people to notice his green camo bandanna.
