PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Families battling cancer are getting a major boost.
ACME Markets presented a more than half-million-dollar donation to Bringing Hope Home at its store in Philadelphia's Roxborough neighborhood.
The donation includes $250,000 in grocery gift cards and $260,000 raised through ACME's Nourishing Neighbors register campaign
The campaign helps local families put food on the table while focusing on their cancer treatment.
