PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Immigrant community leaders and allies in Philadelphia gathered at City Hall Tuesday morning to hand-deliver a letter to Mayor Cherelle Parker.
Representatives of more than 60 groups are demanding a meeting with communities directly impacted by ongoing ICE operations.
They're also calling on the city to immediately implement ICE Out legislation passed by city council earlier this year.
Earlier this month, a federal judge blocked the city from implementing a mask ban for federal agents that was passed as part of the legislation.
