Vito Maglio, 69, was reported missing back in December 2014.
His SUV was found abandoned and torched, and his body was found in the Schuylkill River a few months later.
Police said he was shot multiple times in the head.
Sources tell Action News that 30-year-old Melanie Morat was arrested on Tuesday.
Investigators have not yet released a motive.
