"We need the people out there to be our eyes and ears," says Santo Montecalvo, Vice President of the Citizens Crime Commission.
The 22-year-old man was found shot on the second floor of a home along the 2700 block of North Bonsall Street in North Philadelphia on June 26th, 2025.
"Police were on patrol when a woman stopped them on the highway and informed them that there was a possible shooting," says Montecalvo.
Woolford was rushed to Temple University Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen something to speak up.
"If the people out there would just pick up the phone call tip line. Give us information. If you see it, report it. That's all we ask," says Montecalvo.
The City of Philadelphia is offering a $20,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the person, or persons, responsible.
