Investigators arrested 62-year-old Ali Khan.
Authorities say they were contacted by the parents of a 14-year-old student with special needs at Bensalem High School last week.
According to police, an investigation revealed Khan assaulted the girl several times over the course of two days.
He has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Corruption of Minors, and two counts of Indecent Assault.
Khan is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail.
