Michael Sanchez, 31, of Reading, was arrested last week, according to the Berks County District Attorney's Office.
Officials say the investigation began in January after it was reported that the teen girl was a victim of suspected sexual abuse.
During an interview with investigators in February, the girl allegedly told officials that Sanchez had sexually abused her, as well as showed her sexually explicit videos and anime.
Investigators determined that the abuse occurred in January at a home in the unit block of 2nd Street in Reading City, Berks County.
Sanchez has been charged with aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, endangering welfare of children, and indecent assault.
