BETHLEHEM, Pa. (WPVI) -- The historic Bethlehem SteelStacks campus is putting the 2026 FIFA World Cup center stage with the Lehigh Valley SoccerFest. Fans will be able to watch every match on big screens across the 10-acre campus with food, beverages and plenty of soccer atmosphere to celebrate the beautiful game.
Throughout the month the ArtsQuest team that runs the Steel Stacks campus has special programming for soccer fans around the region. Local soccer club Lehigh Valley United has partnered with them to offer soccer clinics for youth players with special sessions dedicated to Spanish speakers and kids with disabilities.
There is a 3v3 futsal tournament for kids u8-u12 that will take place June 13 & 14 on the campus. All this happens while the World Cup matches are going on in the background.
Inside the Steel Stacks Visitor Center a new exhibition "Forged In Steel: The Founders of Modern Day American Soccer" explores the rich history of soccer in the Lehigh Valley. The exhibit includes a nod to Archie Stark who played for the Bethlehem Steel Soccer Club and held a scoring record that was recently broken by Lionel Messi.
