To prepare voters, the City of Philadelphia is launching a new campaign to make sure everyone's voice is heard.
The initiative is called "Between the Ballots", and it features free events in neighborhoods across the city.
Community members can enjoy free food, music, swag, and much more.
You can also register to vote, learn about upcoming elections, explore voting resources, learn how to become a paid poll worker, and connect with local community partners.
City Commissioner Omar Sabir stopped by 6abc studios Monday morning to talk about this new summer engagement series.
He reminded voters that this election is crucial, especially in light of efforts to roll back voting rights.
"Between the Ballots" events will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from July 23 through August 27.
