The Bic pen company has apologized after a recent Facebook ad caused widespread outrage.
The ad paid tribute to South African women on National Women's Day.

But, many saw the message as sexist.
It reads: "Look like a girl, act like a lady, think like a man, work like a boss."
Bic South Africa responded "We're incredibly sorry for offending everybody."
