MANAYUNK (WPVI) -- The body of a 63-year-old man was pulled from the Wissahickon Creek Tuesday night in Manayunk.
Rescue crews were called to the creek near Ridge Avenue around 8:45 p.m.

Police say the man was fishing when he went into the water.
The body was recovered around 10:00 p.m.
