Bucks County man allegedly created child porn material using AI assistant Grok: DA

NEW BRITAIN, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Bucks County man is facing child porn charges for allegedly creating material using artificial intelligence.

The district attorney says 66-year-old Harry Tiffany IV, of New Britain Borough, is charged with multiple felonies.



Authorities say Tiffany used Grok, the AI assistant on X -- formerly known as Twitter -- to upload and share the images.

The DA is also suing X, saying it failed to implement child safety precautions.
