But this is new, a bear in New Mexico was seen riding on top of a trash truck.

A volunteer firefighter was washing his crew's truck last month, and got this cellphone video when a bear popped out of the top of a passing garbage truck.
The garbage truck driver backed up to a tree, and the bear quickly scrambled off the truck and into the branches.
