The restaurateur has been running restaurants in Philadelphia for nearly 15 years. He grew up in the business. His parents had restaurants in Philadelphia and Delaware County. Now, Dean has turned his background in Thai food and ramen into a passion for approachable comfort food.
They have chicken cutlets, chicken wings, chicken fingers and chicken sandwiches and you get it served in a wrap, a roll or a delicious brioche bun.
