ATLANTIC CITY (WPVI) -- A Coast Guard crew braved rough weather to rescue a fisherman off the coast of Atlantic City this weekend.
The 63-year-old man needed medical attention while aboard a scallop boat 60 miles offshore Sunday afternoon.

A crew from the Atlantic City station lowered a basket and successfully hoisted the man onto their helicopter.
Despite the deteriorating weather, and low-lying clouds, the crew was able to land safely.
