Crash, jack-knifed truck blocks lanes on New Jersey Turnpike SB in Springfield Township

Lanes of the New Jersey Turnpike southbound, north of Interchange 5, in Springfield Township are blocked due to a crash and jack-knifed semi.

SPRINGFIELD TWP., New Jersey (WPVI) -- Lanes of the New Jersey Turnpike southbound in Springfield Township were blocked due to a crash and jack-knifed tractor-trailer.

New Jersey State Troopers responded to a crash involving two trucks, including a FedEx truck and another semi hauling construction material, just after 5 a.m. on Thursday.

It happened south of milepost 47.3 in Burlington County, New Jersey.

Chopper 6 was overhead the crash, where debris from the FedEx truck could be seen scattered on the roadway.
